| Conditions of Visiting Consultants (Specialist Doctors) Engagement |

| – Doctors will report to a designated regular doctor in the Medical Center of HAL, TAD Kanpur. – Doctors will abide by the company’s rules and regulations governing their engagement. – The part-time engagement can be terminated by giving one month’s notice in writing from either side or upon completion of the prescribed tenure. – The initial engagement will be for two years, with a possible extension based on the doctors’ performance and the company’s requirements. |
